I don't mind housework, it's one of those things that has to get done, and when it is done you feel better because you're in a clean and well kept space. House-work doesn't take that long, that I don't have time to go out and enjoy the world too.

Because we have to do it all the time, the same things over and over and over and over again, day after week after month after year. I used to work in a factory where we got a bonus for doing a boring, repetetive job that nobody else wanted....housewives get nothing- certainly not appreciation!!..and most of us have do do it all after already doing a hard days work, too. The world is only an oyster for those who already own the pearls. What planet are you from??

house work is boring for some people because they might feel as if they could have better things to do besides cleaning. But the best way to add a little fun to it is to play your favorite song and act like ur the singer or rapper as u clean up

You have to get it done so why not try and enjoy it?? The same people who claim to be soo bored, are probably bored in more than just a morning of cleaning..
I put on some Music and crank up your stereo, definitely makes it go a little faster!!!

Housework is kind of mind-numbing because its an activity where you don't have to think. It's mundane and repetitive. A way to make it more fun is to pump up some music and clean-dance, meaning dancing/jiving while you clean. It's embarrassing if someone catches you, but when you're by yourself, there's just no other way.

A lot of hard work, no compensation except for a job well-done, and then the only congratulations are from yourself, and then you have to turn around and go do it all over again in a week.

If oster could market something portable for those chores we'd have it "maid"!!!

Its only boring if you don't enjoy it!!(?) Try to make it feel like fun, try dancing when you hoover or sing when washing the windows. Or how about playing your music (loud) to drown out the washing machine when it goes into full spin.

house work is boring but if youre a girl and if you want to loose some weight, its the best form of exercise

It's the same routine over and over. But once you get started on it and stay on task it doesn't take very long. The hard part is getting started. It's also easier to do when your "other" is gone.
