Does verbal abuse count? calling "names" with couple of 4-letter-word over the phone.

You must be unemployed "through no fault of your own." This does not mean that you are automatically disqualified for having quit. They will do an interview with you and ask for a report from your employer and then make their decision.

You cannot be eligible if you quit, you must be fired for not good reasons or laid off. If you quit you must prove beyond yourself that you had good reasons to put your self out of a job

It all depends on the reason you quit. If you can prove that there was a reason you were forced to quit, you can be approved for unemployment.

you can quit and receive benifits. you have to go before a judge and explain you case, but it does happen.
