As much as i am a fan of the cowboys i highly doubt it. Even though the have some really great players and lost some even better ones, i just dont think they will be back to the superbowl for another couple years.

Honeslty, when the season starts every team has a chance. Do I think the Cowboys can win the superbowl this year, I doubt it. I think they are missing a few pieces before they can make a serious run. Mainly, Julius Jones has to stay healthy. The addition of TO should open up the running game a bit, so if Jones stays off the sidelines, look for Julius to have a breakout season. As far as the comment about Dallas not having a proven quarterback.....Drew Bledsoe may be on the downside of a fine career, but dont write him off just yet. The guy has passed for over 40,000 yards in his career and that's better than most when you consider how many nickel and dime quarterbacks have come and gone since Bledsoe has been in the league in 1993. I think the problem with Bledsoe is that he is one of the last "pure" pocket passers in the NFL. He's simply a guy who will not and cannot run. However, if Dallas' offensive line can protect him, look for him to pass for a lot of yards and a lot of TD's, remember Bledsoe wasn't the whole problem last year. You gave away at least 3 games last year which would have given you 12 wins and the NFC East Division Title. I've gone off on a tangent defending Bledsoe because people act like he's a bad QB simply for losing his job to Tom Brady. But how many QB's are better than Brady? Not many. Bottom Line, superbowl would be a stretch but if the steelers proved anything last year, its that the best team doesn't always win, its the team that's playing the best at the right time.

No, I do not believe that Dallas has the right chemistry with the personnel they have. They lost Payton as a coach, which can set teams back and they gained T.O., who is a great wide receiver. However, he tends to also be like a cancer in clubhouses, just ask SF and Philly. T.O. does have something to prove, so the Cowboys may win the NFC - weak conference, but all of the AFC playoff teams from last year would beat the Cowboys.

Absolutely, the addition of TO is a plus- but if you look at their team last year they made the playoffs. By cutting Keyshawn and adding TO they will get that X-factor they need to convert 3rd downs, score points, and win games. 12-4 with a tough playoff road, but if they get some team chemistry they can do it.

Yes, With the pick up of T. O. they have moved into the top 3-4 teams in the NFC.

being born in the big D, the boys are my fav NFC team. however, even with the talent thet have i think it will take a couple of years for them to gel together. playoffs yes, if T.O. doesnt cause too much of a distraction , superbowl no.

You should be a stand up comedian youre funny. They won't even make it out of their division. They can't get past NY, Wash, and the eagles will be good this year w/o T.O. And they have T.O. big mistake hell screw that team up. the steelers will repeat.
