Do ab excersizes about two hours before the wedding. (push ups, sit ups, etc) They're supposed to make your stomach look tighter for a few hours.

Take a yoga class or two before the wedding. Make sure you really stretch our your torso when doing the core poses. Sit up's without cardio may make you look bulkier as the muscle is building out underneath the fat. Pilates for your core would be good - there are a lot of DVD's out there that will help you focus on the tummy. Lots of water, get some raw milk at Whole Foods, and no gas inducing food two days before the wedding (broccoli, fake sugar, refined sugar, spicy foods, chinese food, etc). Think light and airy. Then, get a Thai massage to help you relax.

A couple of days before the wedding - cut out foods rich in sodium because they just make you bloat and your stomach will stick out. Also start doing 100 sit-ups a day and some cardio if you have time. And don't forget to stand up straight - correct posture will always make your stomach look flatter. If all else fails - go to your closest Neiman Marcus and buy a pair of Spanx - they're control-top panty hose (they cut off under the knee) that work miracles! I wear them under everything and they make me look firm and slim! Good luck!

I am no expert cause I am currently trying to slim down for my own wedding. I am actually doing the Windsor Pilates. I havent done it for a while, but I do feel like I am getting a good tough workout, better then some other things I have tried. Good Luck and congrats to your sister.

well the time is little, but you can try with lots of yougurt, this cleanse your intestine, curt off pasta and bread (the yeast feerments and makes it look big) and anything naturally levene then some exercises for the abdominals and last cut sugars (use maple sirup or agave sirup for sweetener). The best way though is a proper diet for few weeks. with empty stomach eat vegetable first before any food this helps to assimilate less nourrishment/calories (nearly 1/3 less)

Well you can get a quick lipo suction job... but then the wrinkles would probably look worse... ummm diet/excersise out of the question too soon... Or you can get one of those lace up jobs (name is not comming to mind) the one that squeeze you down... a girdle... normally you know of these things in advance and don't get dresses two weeks prior... There is no option but to go with the pot belly look... at this point.. sorry to be the bringer of bad news...

It doesn't sound you're out of shape, it just an unflattering dress (happens to every bridesmaid!)
Go and pick up a pair of SPANX higher power panties. They're available at all the big retailers - Nordstrom, Sacs, etc. or www.spanx.com
I'm completly addicted to SPANX - I can wear them for 12 hours without having to think about it. They're super comfy and will get you through the wedding and the reception.
Good luck!

Girl, belly dancing in front of a mirror with music did wonders for me.Try it.You'll keep your curves but with a sculpted slimmer waist.I recommend a nutritious low-calorie dieat.Cardio exercises like jogging, walking too.Make it fun and create ways to enjoy yourself while burning the fat.A high protein diet is good, but I personally don't recommend it because most people "relapse" back to the junk food. You should make a committment to add nutritious foods to your kitchen.Every food is good,it's how much of it that makes you gain.
Believe in yourself and Good Luck.

Too late for any exercise....
Go vegetarian until then and drink lots of water.
Warning: If u over eat veg food, it will also help put on unwanted weight.
When the day comes use a stomach belt to push the extra blug in.
Next day, go to eating whatever pleases u but
WARNING dont over do it.

Victoria's secret has slimming undergarments, but most Brand Stores, like Kohl's or Filene's also carry brands that are far less expensive.
Maiden Form is typically a good brand.
