Cut or bit off? I guess if you want your arm back go to the hospital if not just go on with life. Shoot the monkey too.

Break into someones bathroom by crashing through the window. Then break the sink and mirror and place the remaining shrapnel in the sink. Pull out a small satellite disk shaped mechanism (make sure that it has the capability to omit fire). Pour mixture of glass and sink into disk shaped mechanism. Then pour out blue like substance onto mixture. Let stand for 10 seconds. Take metal spoon and gentlely smooth over womb.
***Warning*** may hurt like hell.
Womb is healed in minutes as steam will appear when done.
Once womb is healed, stick stomach with 9 inch needle, full of antibiotic. (may cause screaming).
Then knock down bathroom door and hunt down said monkey.

Wow, it's amazing that you could type this question with only one arm!Here's what you do , shoot the monkey with your remaining arm, then cut off it's arm to replace the one you lost. Put it on ice so that the doctors will be able to sew it back on viably when you get to hospital.
