that's not such a good question. Everywhere women have beautiful eyes. If the girl has a beautiful shaped face she will h ave beautiful eyes. remember eyes are a round ball in all people.. the face just raps around it and makes it look beautiful.
so the countries where women have beautiful eyes are:
England, America, Mexico, Argentina, Spain, Brazil, Canada, Croatia, Russia, Africa ,china, korea, Turky, iran, iraq, Israel.....
romania, well all the world. you get the point.

I would have to agree with America because of the variety.
Many cultures have beautiful eyes.
An egyptian/Indian mix girl I know has crystal blue eyes and dark skin.
Many Asian women here have a variety of eyes that are gorgeous.
Indian, Scandinavian.....there are so many.
It is like asking which fruit is the best.

i have seen some amazingly stunning eyes in women of every race/culture. America is the best bet for the sheer variety available. you can walk down a street in a city and see a kaleidoscope of beauty in every walk of life. It's wonderful. Some of the most beautiful in my opinion are from mixed race women. They seem to have the best features from each race.
