This is for a 2002 Jetta 1.8 Turbo. I'm trying to figure out if it's the cheap sensor or the more expensive one. Could someone post a link where I might buy the cirrect O2 Sensor?

Bank 1, Sensor 1 would be the first sensor (the one in front of the cat) - pick up a Bosch sensor at Advance Auto or Autozone (I don't remember which carries them).

That's where I got the one for my wife's 95 Jetta (when she still had it). They can also loan you the socket you'll need to replace it (it's a special socket with a cut-out for the sensor's wires).

bank one sensors are usually in the exhaust manifold or somewhere in front of the catalytic convertor
