There are a few medicines out there to aleviate some if not all of your symptoms. You could try Midol or Pamprin or Bayer Back and Body. If non of these work, you need to make a appointment with your family doctor and he or she may suggest you to see a gynecologist.

Good luck to you and I hope you feel better soon!

First of all if you have had a hectic month before hand your cramps will be worse...I always fixed my daughter up with a nice hot cup of peppermint tea/teaspoon of(Or Tablespoon of honey) sugar...and a little clove(powdered) in it. Then a heating pad or hot water bottle...and some toast and a couple Excedrin....She would go lay down ...I put some soft(Native American Flute)music on. In a hour or two ...she was up and ready to face the world.

Midol is very effective as it contains pain reliever plus caffeine which increases the efficiency. Also the new adhesive heating pads are great and will help relax the muscles that are spasming.
