can you really make money on the internet?

So far, I've invested a few hundred dollars and have not made any money. are reseller accounts good? and affeliate accounts? i've tried lots of things...nothing works....is anyone doing something that works and is willing to share that info?

You can depending on what you are doing. I sell baseball cards on ebay and that brings in money. Webmonkey.com can school you on e-commerce. I don't know much about how web sites make money off of advertisments but they do make millions of dollars a year for it.

Find something you know a bit about and research that avenue... I do gaming/sports cards.. it is relatively easy and doesn't require much thought... People buy all the time. Trying to jump into a market already way ahead is not the best idea...
