Satan is a Biblical/Christian Creation and only as bad as people believe. Since Satan is only an idea or a metaphorical representation, the perception creates the reality. How much negativity you focus on in your life determines how much negativity you attribute to Satan. If you believe in kindness and emapthy and that life is a gift, there is no real Satan. If you feel fear, anger, shame, and are concerned only for yourself, Satan is most likely all bad. .... OH YEAH... If Satan is a boy in your mind it is possible for a prince albert, if genderless or female.... well... I imagine that would make things hard to poke with a needle.
