(1)Absolutely ringed by undrinkable water, it has no operable or serviceable port for any ship of size. In addition, it has no airport, and yet it does have its share of arrivals, though it can be a rather difficult process.
(2)Bad weather can be a perplexing problem here, as heavy winds and fast rising water could literally erase it from the map.
