try these open source files from flashkit (remember you can edit them). PS if you want to project the music from import load them externally otherwise the music can be extracted from the swf file with the right software.

this one is the safest as it loads from xml file so is even harder to download the music without playing but you might want to look at the other for style and graphics. also these are but a few of the mp3 players aviable from flshkit so do a search for yourself if these are not what you want. are all free and editable (what more can you want).
