have a look in your back up or temp folder its normally in your "my document" folders.

Try opening word document again. Sometimes it tries to recover the last open page. Not always though. Sorry! I've learned to just save it after every couple sentences to avoid that happening. Good luck though, maybe someone else can help.

Do a "Save As" so you don't lose what you've got currently.

Then to an "Undo" (Control Z in Word and most other Apps) until you see what you deleted again. Then copy the text you see, and Paste it into the "Saved As" version.

Not a proved theory, but I normally purposfully crash the PC. Press the restart button. Sometimes when you restart word, it opens the last backed up work. I wouldnt do that though

Try the right click(if in UK) or left if in US, it might give you the option to undo. It may also be under the 'EDIT' option at top left side of the screen

Your computer and/or word processing program may have created a backup file. Check your temporary files folder: It could be there.
