No...I don't know about CVS, but Walgreens mission is focused on customer service and making youhappy!! They do not want to make it like Walmart or the other stores that now have self checkouts...Have you ever noticed the difference between a WalMart & Walgreens besides price and size of store? OF COURSE YOU HAVE!!! At walmart you might have to fake dying to get someone to notice you are shopping in their store...at Walgreens every customer is SUPPOSED to be greeted with a smile and hello..I know this doesnt happen everywhere, but it should...Walgreens does nt want to get away from that...Customer Service is HUUUGEE

No they don't. That really sucks because they should. I think because of the size of the stores, there may not be room and eventually, there wont be a need for cashiers and that might not be something that they are willing to do away with right now :)

Not in Virgina either. They arent that popular here in general as it seems people don't know how to use them and they are actually slower than standard check out.

no not that I know of,..and I used to work at CVS once.
Your best bet is to check out their websites at
wwww.Walgreens.com or www.CVS.com or write them via e-mail/slugmail to their headquaters.

as far as i know they dont and i am glad of it....people with low education or people who need a job to take care of their family need those jobs....waitressing and checkout and the best jobs for those people....by taking them away we are limiting our job force tremendously....

Not in Massachusetts. You're going to have to bring that embarrasing item to the cashier. :)
