I thought you said friend-do his sexual preferences matter to your friendship? As long as he doesn't hit out at you or those close to you?
Does he resent your being a hetero?
I have a friend who is gay, but is one of the brightest and most intelligent persons around, and he has never indicated in any way that he resents my being married and a hetero.

things u can do.
1 ask him bout it
2 watch the way he moves but no too closely u dnt want people thinkin ur gay.
3 listen to the way he speaks to other men
4 see if he talks to other gay lads.
5 see where he goes like gay night clubs etc.
i no nothing bout gays but i hope this helps u. but the 1st thing i would do i was u would to ask him, your both men and friends so there shouldn't be a problem in talkin to each other.
good luck

I don't know he needs help. I think that he needs a friend. Is there something about him being gay that bothers you? He needs to figure things out for himself. Be supportive and loving. GOod luck

I have a gay friend. They can be really cool people. But just be sure he is checking out other people, not you, if you arent gay.

no, hitting guys is not a way to get a date. Hitting anyone is bad, sort of bullyish, don't you think. I think your friend as issues. But then again, I think you may have a few of your own.

he might be just joking around, just ask him, god what does it hurt, you cant loose a friendship becuz he likes the same sex, there's nothing wrong with that, if you ask at least you would know the truth
