These days, it's very much relative. Basically not having the name Bush is pretty much instant qualification for Greatness on the Leadership front. Why don't you run for President - Smiddy would vote for you.

Being a servant, i.e. having a servant's heart. Being willing to meet the needs of others.

Jesus said it this way, "If you want to be great in God's Kingdom, learn to be the servant of all".

People will follow someone like that.
