not at all. It's probably good for you. It might be difficult to jog with a giant belly though, I would do a brisk walk.

it is not so dangerous that it could cause a miscarriage, but here are some tips:
-if you havent been running before you were pregnant, it is wise to just do brisk walking sessions instead, however if you are a regular runner, you can carry on doing your normal routine.
-make sure you incorporate at least 2 breaks into 60minutes of jogging to let your body get some oxygen back, and let your baby catch up a bit.
-you can get pregnancy support belts to use whilst you run to support your tummy better if you find it uncomfortable - ask you doctor or look on the internet for these
-make sure you drink plenty of water, and mind your step - your body is co-ordinated differently when you are pregnant.

Jogging while pregnant is harmful to the muscles and ligments that hold the uterus in place and can result in a fallen uterus (while also being harmful to your ankles, knees, hips and spine). It can harm the baby if the uterus were to fall to much. You'd be much better off taking a brisk walk rather than running. This level of exercise would be extremely beneficial.

I would venture to say no, but it's always best to set up an appointment with your doctor so that he/she may run tests. The results will give them a better idea of what risks may be involved. He/she may then decide what actions you should take during your pregnancy. If you are concerned about this, I would wait until your first appointment.

The possiblilty always exists. Your overall physical fitness and how far into the pregnancy will influence whether any harm can occur to your fetus.

it is not recommended, try regular walks instead and you can get a good idea of a safe work out regiment by working a few times with prenatal gym class.

Exercise is excellent during pregnancy, it will make delivery alot easier. If you are at high risk, you may want to talk to your OB/GYN. They will know best.
