only time will heal it, in the meantime you can put some Ambesol to numb the pain . it will go away, take some extra vit. c to build up your immunity

Here is an old fashioned trick my grandmother used to use. Take a pinch of Alum (cooking section of the store), and do not get this on your tongue, place it on the canker soar. There is something in the Alum that will suck out what is in the sore and dry it up.
