well first thing first you gotta find out when you are actually ovulating there are ovualtion kits you can try im doing them now and they are great !!! you buy them at the drug store or any shop that sells pregnancy stuff... you buy an ovulation kit for 5 days it comes with 5 peeing cups and 5 tests you do one test a day for 5 days at the same time every day.... it sort of looks like a pregnancy test but for ovualtion.... it comes up positive when you are at your highest and that means you are going to ovulate in 24 - 36 hours so you have sex on the day you get a positive and the day after....its worked for alot of women thats just an easier thing to try so that when you know you are most fertile you can plan a romantic evening and just enjoy the night instead of worrying the WHOLE month about making sure that you and your husband had sex on certain days so goodluck and for the future CONGRATS

It could be stress, periods are controlled by are emotions, I am not regular at times I have two periods in the same month and one last a week and the other last few days. Sometimes I don't have a period one month and it feels like I am pregnant but I'm not. Good Idea is to see your doctor and ask questions and their are many things they can do and test they can run. When I was pregnant I still had light periods until my 6 months alone. I have heard birth control can change your periods and cause cancer.

On average, it takes women 5 months to get pregnant. That means a lucky few will get pregnant on the first try, but many will take up to a year! You and your new husband should just enjoy trying and have lots of great sex. If in a year you cannot get pregnant, you can talk to your doctor about how to up your chances.
Sometimes irregular periods are because a woman is not ovulating. Luckily, there are drugs, such as clomid, that can often fix this problem and has a high success rate! See your doctor to discuss this.

You can conceive without your period, but when you are irregular, its hard to pinpoint your ovulation...Some months you may not ovulate more than likely, thats why you wont get a period that month...A healthy couple can sometimes take up to a year to conceive, and thats normal...so if you do the math, your chances of conceiving each month is a little higher than 10% and if your not ovulating each month, even lower...Try to see a dr. You may have a hormonal imbalance, cysts on your ovaries etc...Allnof which your doc can help you to regulate and become more fertile.

You can. But it is more difficult for people with irregular periods to conceive because you have a harder time at tracking your ovulation periods. However it is totally possible!
Good luck.
