acc to methods on d net,i found dat my bra size shld be approx 32C.but, on wearing it,whenever i jump or walk fast or dance,my breasts move.so,wat size shld i take.i dont know whether d method was accurate or not

try wearing sport bras. they give you more support

Your best thing is to go to a store that sells bras..Like a department store like Kohls, Dillards, JCPenney..and ask one of the clerks that's working in that department to measure you, and that way you will know for sure..not being funny..you wouldn't have to ask..they'll tell you..and get you a bra of that size and try it on..and see how it fits, and feels to you.

well there r 2 things u can do....u can either stop jumping and walking fast or u can get a proper size bra.
listen to the gals here who gave u advice on wat size u shud get....probly dat wud help. well ther r days wen my undies don fit but i don go and seek advice for that. ther r some things in life that money cant buy, for others thers yahoo! help...lol

Where ever you go to buy your bras, the next time you're there, ask for a bra fitting, they will tell you the proper size you should be buying.

Well i think the bra you wearing right now is too big for you .try to reduce it .31 c or 30 c it depends how it fits to you ,sometimes bra is easily stretched up .try to wash it with soap and warm water and so that it still fit to your breast .

You need to go to a department or lingere store and actually get measured. The web can't accurately measure you. Someone trained in measuring needs to physically measure you so that your size will be right.

honey whatever u felt comfortable with u need to have comfort and support when u jumping around but if u are sitting and being cute well a nice pretty bra will do just fine

They are going to move when you move everytime. If you don't want them to move at all then you will need to bind them down. Bras are there for support not to keep them from them moving around. Even sport bras will allow movement.

dont try to size yourself go to a lingere store where they are trained in it they will tell you your true size and you breasts should move but not escape
