Okay, this may sound a little odd, but its okay to feel bad sometimes. If you alsways felt good and positive, you would not be normal. When life beats you down or things get to be too much and everything seems to be against you then the normal response is to be a bit unhappy, depressed, sad, etc... It is okay! Go with it. Allow some self pitty for a day or 2 then regroup, pull back, determine what needs to be done to make things better...one item at a time and throw yourself into it.

Just know that it can always get worse, so learn to appreciate what you have and don't sweat the small stuff. Think about all the soldiers over in the Middle East that are dodging bombs, sleeping in trenches, picking up pieces of fellow soldiers...Just remember that your life will probably never, ever be that bad. Be thankful every day for that.

Listen to your favorite band or music. On the way to work and home. Helps me relax and forget about the day. Then just try to spend time with the person or people that make you the most happy. You have to realize that it could be a lot worse and things will get better eventually.

Maybe it is your job or where you are in life. Maybe you are in a place in your life where you are not being challenged and your just bored with it. Find a job that gives you a reason to wake up in the morning and go out with friends and just have some fun.

First try to be more active, go out with friends or solo( I go out alot by myself) your personal life will effect you work life if you let it.
Secondly, if you are not happy in your current occupation look for another that will fulfill you and not the other way around.

Focus on what is good. Be thankful for what you do have. Are you healthy? Be thankful for that. Is there at least one alliance you have at work? Be thankful for him or her. There's always something to feel bad about. It takes work to think of the things that are good in your life, but it's well worth it. Good luck.

Consider a change of scenery. Move far away, or closer to home. You may welcome a fresh start somewhere else. Many people can get worn out. This is the land of opportunities. Take advantage.

Take a trip with a friend. Or alone. It doesn't need to be an expensive one. Just get away for a while.
