Good try, but it is not true... most aquatic mammals do not have ears and they have live young. Many snakes and fish, do not lay eggs, and have live young. Your generalization is true for 80-90% of the case. As I said, good try, but mother nature always has exceptions. :)

No, unfortunately, that isn't true. Fish don't have ears, but there are a lot of fish who are counted as live-bearers. And as far as I know, ears don't have any relation to how one gives birth. Let's say a person didn't have any ears, would they lay eggs?

Thats not true because some mammals who dont have ears give live births as well as some repitles. I would check your facts to that question because some one has gave you the wrong information.

Most mammals have protruding ears because of their self-regulating temperature. Blood is circulates heat to them. Cold blooded animals have a disadvantage when it comes to trying to regulate temperature and cannot afford to have a heat loss area like ears.

I'd say because it takes so much pressure to push the eggs out that their ears end up getting sucked inside their bodies. :)

because ears a mammal thing. mammals give live births.

of course there are exceptions such as whales and dolphins.

That is so not true. Whales don't have visable ears...(do they?) and they give birth to live babies.
