why did god make hangnails?

hangnails just happen automatically. i don't get why they happen.

They happen when your skin around you nails gets too dry. I get them all of the time and I HATE them- they hurt so bad!!! Try to get some vaseline to put on your nails daily to prevent them.

Dont file ur nails deep on the sides,just the tips,use lotion & cuticle oil.

It just means your cuticles are too dry. Get some cuticle oil and rub it on them every night.
