It would take a ton of luck. You also would have to be willing to take a ton of risk and have it pay off multiple times.

Rather than focusing on making an obscene amount of money, focus on making enough to provide for your needs and a reasonable amount of your wants.

Once you get to the point of having the basics covered, more money does not make you happier.
