The oldest religion on earth didn't have a name when it was born. They followed the beliefs of their shamen in trying to appease their Gods. They worshiped many Gods by many names. They offered up sacrifices and followed portents and signs. The actual oldest religion is Paganism.

It was the oldest religion listed in a search I did for "oldest religion" sorted by dates. However, two religions that should be recognized and weren't listed at all are Druid and Wicca - both are Gaelic in origin and both are possibly older than the faith started by Zoroaster.

the oldest religion in the earth is Zoroastrianism by Iranians then Judaism,Christianity,Islam.Zoroastrian people believe in two things god of the goodness and evil.they have some ceremony that THE PEOPLE STILL DO THEM in the temple(mostly in Iran),they believe that fire is the best thing that god make them clean at the end day,they jump over the fire sing some songs and never lie,they always say:good thought,good say,good do to reach the lord.

The first god on the view of science is the forces of nature.
at first man were afraid of the sun, moon,lightning,thunder and rain.
As years pass by they begun to pray them and made them thier god.
At present there are many temples for forces of nature including a temple in KONARK IN INDIA.There is a Sun temple and people are still worshipping there.
