ok some seller sent me an invoice but i have no idea where i can get the message. so i do i check invoice on ebay?

it should say you have a new messege when you log on and if not try checking your messeges or go and check your normal e-mail.

If you have been sent an invoice after winning an auction (or using the buy it now link), you can find the invoice in My Ebay under the link "messages". If you have questons about the invoice use the link "ask seller question" to contact the seller. Hope this helps.

Is the invoice for something you actually bought on ebay or was it sent to you out of the blue?

The invoice should be sent to your inbox in Ebay ie under My Ebay and it should also be sent to your email address, Check your email settings as it might have gone into your junk email if it doesn't recognise the email address.

If it is valid, you should also have a message in My Ebay regarding the invoice.

go to your ebay. look on the left hand side and click on the summary line, go to my messages, click there and ;look for the invoice, never open or click on a link in an email and enter your password without absolutely being sure its from ebay by going to ebay first and verifying, theres idiots out there that send fake emails to get your information.

If its not for something you ordered then its probably fake... I recieve fake ebay messages from time to time.. .they look good to... but still fake... I forward them onto fraud@ebay.com
