Is there way to obtain sample spyware / virus files to test my anti spyware / virus software!???

and for spyware test you can install a program that has a spyware/ adware like most freewares. Eg: Limewire (Ad ware) it's a p2p software, many spyware softwares do not detect it cuz it does not harm and is famous. If you want to test your spyware software go download some freebies that have adware or spyware bundled. You can also read it's enduser license agreement where you will get the details if it has adware or spyware.

Just post your email address on some forum and viruses / spyware will come floating in.
