Err, providing you are telling us that you are not a woman, then show him your, you know, err, thingy...
...there we go--- off and running!
Other than that, it's quite common for people to project what they WANT you to be onto you, which is often not at ALL what you actually are. It's a difficult illusion to break and eventually he should get hurt (and heal) when you break the magic by just being yourself. It's sad -- hopefully you can talk him out of it and he will get it, before you leave him out of sheer frustration, because usually when they have this illusion really bad it can take ages to come out of it--
Good Luck...

Are you living a double life? A spy? A prostitute? or are you just suffering from low self esteem? Do you think that you aren't worthy of his love? because that's what I'm getting from your question. First off, RELAX! give him credit! if you are truthful with him (and you should be) then he's smart enough to figure out the real you. Just be honest with him and don't hide anything. If you have hidden something, then just come clean.

Just because you don't believe you're perfect, doesn't mean it's not true.
In his eyes, you could very well be the perfect girl for him.
Some things are true, whether you believe them or not.
Just enjoy your time with him, if he puts you on a pedestal, so be it. I believe women should be placed up on high above their man and be treated like the princess they are.
In time, he'll learn your faults and will also learn to accept these faults just as you will accept his.

Get serious instead of beating around the bush. Be ready to accept the consequences if you do tell. At least you will be guilt free regardless of the outcome.

Write him a letter explaining yourself. If he won't listen to you when you try talking to him, then you should write a very careful letter. Tell him everything you want to tell him. Becasue he can't really ignore a letter, once he's read it, it's stuck in his head and heart.

You should have told him this little secret from the beginning. Tell him now, and if he breaks up with you, then you have to take the fault.
