A good balanced breakfast including protein and vegetables. Eggs, V8 juice, vegetable quiches are all good choices to give you energy and help you stay healthy. Some multigrain toasted bread is great too.

As with any person, your best bet is to get a good start on the day. I read in a magazine once that an optimal breakfast consists of protein (i.e. eggs), healthy carbs (i.e. whole wheat toast), and a fruit (i.e. bananas). As with any other aspect of life, you want to make sure that you are getting all of your daily nutrition, so instead of coffee or pop or an energy drink, have a glass of regular milk. All of this combined should give you the kick start to the day that you need.

Something with some protein. It stays with you longer than carbs and so helps avoid the problem of "crashing" an hour or two after you eat that simple-carb fest most people call breakfast. Personally, I like a bagel with peanut butter on it, but anything with nuts, peanut butter, egg, or some kind of protein is a pretty good choice.

a light yet hearty breakfast. something that will keep you filled up to lunch but don't over do it because the fuller your stomache is the more likely the tireder in class. A bowl of cereal hot or cold glass of orange juice and fruit your liking. on the weekends you wants to have a heaveir breakfast something with eggs and toast.

Coffee and fruit.
If you need something heartier you could have eggs with fresh tomato on the side or all stacked inside a bagel or any kind of bread.
I used to make fresh fruit smoothies for breakfast whenever I was in a hurry.

A good protein source in the morning, even if it's a smoothie on the run (make with protein powder). If you like eggs, an omelet that is made with 1 whole egg and as many egg whites as you like is a great option.
