In Texas, the Office of the Attorney General handles child support enforcement. You would need to contact your Child Support Local Field Office. You can find it here:

or you can call 1-800-252-8014 and receive an application by mail
or you can go to http://childsupport.oag.state.tx.us/ and request an application by mail, then send it to your nearest local field office.

i live in pa and if no courts are involved i think best route to go is your local district justice shame on your ex he is only hurting his son or daughter men ill tell yeah the father of my 3 children never gave me a problem he always wanted to pay i wish you luck maybe try to talk to your ex let him know how wrong he is dont be a dead beat dad well good luck

If you have a support order, go to your county support agency and have it enforced.
