Your eyes are not getting smaller. Your head is getting larger.

They can't be. That's impossible. The eyes are the only part of the body that are full grown when you're born. The only changes that eyes go through are becoming near-sighted or far-sighted. The pupils change size with changes in light--they get larger in the dark to let more light in so you can see and smaller in bright light. But your actual eyes CANNOT get smaller.

Your eyes are not getting smaller its your head getting bigger. Your eyes and ears are the same size from birth your whole life.

If you are young you are still growing and some body parts grow faster than others. Chances are your other facial features are growing and making your eyes look smaller.
