Because you're hurting. And before they caused the hurt, they were the ones that consoled you when you were hurt by someone else.

Part of it is a lack of self esteem....you dont think you deserve anything better than what your getting. You allow yourself to believe the things they say after the damage is done...like: I'm so sorry....I'll never do it again.....baby..I love you I was just upset.....
If I was a betting woman...I would bet that growing up you either expierenced first hand some sort of abuse or saw it......you live what you learn and know.
If you never allow yourself to know any different than even if you get out of this relationship...chances are you'll be drawn toward the same kind in the next one......Good luck and God Bless you...be strong...learn to love yourself and believe you deserve the best and you'll have it.

i think because u think its Ur fault and Ur thinking that maybe one hes going to change and Ur going to be the one who changes him but believe me when i tell u this put Ur foot down and woop hes *** and never let Ur self be hit again and never act like the victim stand up for Ur self even if he is a man

You need to realize that you were created by God to fulfill a special purpose in life. You were not created to live a life of abuse no matter who it's comming from. Ask God to help your self esteem. Ask him to come in power and he'll do it!
