I think it depends on what sort you get. There are the saline filled type and those are squishy, there are the "Gummy Bear" type (it is a molded silicone) but I don't think they move, and then a silicone filled type which is supposed to feel most like a real breast (silicone is heavier than saline). Also it would depend on placement. Either over or under muscle.

Not at all. They're kinda hard. I mean, not like rock hard, but real breasts are something like firm Jello, and fake ones are more like an unpeeled orange... Besides, it's my personal opinion that they really don't look that good either. I prefer natural.

I heard that they feel different, like hard and rubbery. And not all fake breasts look good, so be careful if you are getting implants.

Extremely good surgeons can make them look, feel and move very close to real breasts. Unfortunately most surgeons aren't that good.

ya know the barbie dolls you used to play with? yeah, like that. and actually, they don't usually look good. it's hard to get them symmetrical, and the scars show.
