Oh, yes, I would love to go. Although I would be very nervous, I think that going to the moon would make me feel like I was a part of something bigger, in life. All we know, here, is the earth that we live on. To travel into space, and look back at the earth, would give me such an amazing feeling. I would feel very small, and yet, very large. It would be so beautiful to gain a new perspective on life...life here on earth, and life as it exists in the whole of reality. Space; time; life; tranquility.

It is interesting to note that the moon is actually moving a couple of inches away from the earth a year. Science is now disproving that the earth is billions of years old due to this phenomenon and evidence is showing that God did create the universe just as He said he did. A close moon means massive tidal shifts, gravitational pulls etc. In fact, if the dinosaurs were here billions of years ago as text books say, they would have been sucked out into space by the close proximity of the moon or even(gasp) the tall ones would have been beheaded by it.

Yes it is fantasiozi!
Lovely place to go "lol".
Moon rocks, plane to be horrible but that lovely, sparkly Earth on the horizon all the time and stars!
Then you could put air in a garden on the moon to look and smell and breath like on Earth and air weight holding you down, ahhh!
Lovely, go on a pay for space trip there.
I've been on one of those space trip things not to the moon though but why not someone go on a space trip to the moon. You can for a bargain price.
The space hotel is going on the moon soon so I'll be there.
A house in Florida, a house in Mardrid, a house in East Sussex and a room in the first lunar hotel. I'm an astrophysicist and my career is heading that way.

I'd go in a hearbeat. Mars, too.
The minute there is commercial travel to the moon available, I'm signing up no matter how much it costs.

Why? I've wanted to see the earth from space all my life. I want to explore other worlds, feel different gravity -- it's all for the experiences. Intellectual curiosity and a desire to experience everything I can in this short life. Come on, let's go!! :)

I would love to go to the moon. Think about it, it's the best weight loss technique known to man. Simply go somehwere you weigh less. You zipp on up to the moon, and all of a sudden, you weigh 1/6th of what you do here. It's not that I'm fat, but I think it would be fun to bounce. Besides, I'd really like to watch the Earth froma distance. I bet it's a heck of a sight.

no i dont think the moon, it kind of creeps me out for some reason, maybe because it is so dead, I would not find anything interesting or any activity there, I would really like to go to venus if they could invent some kind of craft that can withstand the atmospheric pressure and heat. oooooh I would also love to go to Europa, one of jupiters moons and see if there really is life under the ice!

Sure....want a lift?

I can't imagine why anyone wouldn't. To be able to leave Earth and see it from space. Experience true free fall (i.e. zero gravity). To walk on another world and pick some up with your (heavily protected) hand. Who wouldn't want to??

Oh by the way I only meant for a visit - not to live.

Actually, no LOL - I have a phobia of big, wide open spaces (I would be terrified on a cruise, for instance). That kind of openness terrifies me! Now, if I could just be "beamed up" instead of having to travel the vast expanse of space, that'd be another thing ;)
