Sin City is pretty slick and stylish. If you just mean "best movie", mine has been Fight Club for a while now. But for cool, I'd say Sin City, and some of the Tarantino ones like Reservoir Dogs and especially Kill Bill (Volume I; though I'd say part two was ultimately the better movie)

I thought that The Butterfly Effect was a really cool movie, the concept was unlike anything I've seen before. Also, who knew Ashton wouldn't ruin the film..
Also agree with some of the other answerers, The Boondock Saints and Pulp FIction were also some pretty cool movies.
