California is the greatest state in the nation.
If you want to study the state it offers diverse demographics, incomes , industries.
if you want to attend school in California. it has the greast public unversity in the country UCB.
It is a progressive state that welcomes new ideas, and it is rich in culture and tolerence.
Except for the few who think "Americans" are not tolerant of other langues or speak other languages.

Choose California to study becuase it is the best place to be in the United States if you are under 25 years old. Sorry New York, Miami, Chicago, and all of the other wannabes out there, between L.A. and San Francisco, California has it all. Oh, and the schools out here are good too.

CA attracts lots of students b/c they do have lots of good schools over there. I think people see more opportunities, see their future when studying in CA. The population is diverse and the weather's good. Nice state! Besides CA, TX, NY, MA also attract a lot of international students.
However, if you are a non-English speaker and want to learn English in the States, CA is not really a good choice because you may find yourself hanging out with ppl speak your language more than with Americans.
