My favouite is the comedien Spike Milligan's-a joker even after the end. His is simply;
I told you I was sick.
Mine might be some mush like
"live life in deep kindness" or
"Come here in sadness, leave in joy. I am not dead, I am in your heart".
You know, some gushy stuff like that.
"someday you'll be in one of these" would be my suggestion for a funny one though. hehehe!

Stanley McCormack- Sept 15, 1972- June 21, 2006
Stan was here but now is gone. He left his name to carry on... those who knew him, knew him well. Those who didn't can go to......
*Thats my funny one*
Here are a few more-

Here lays Butch. We planted him raw. He was quick on the trigger....But slow on the draw.

(For a Lawyer) : Here... the defense rests.

Here are a few that are funny only if you really think about what it actually says:

Here lies the body of John Round, lost at sea and never found.
Here lies John Ligchtfoot, accidentally killed his 45th year of life. This monument was erected by his grateful family.
LOL

Owen Moore..gone away. 'owin more than he could pay.

Here in peace lies poor aunt charlotte- born a virgin died a harlot.

Here lies an athiest... all dressed up and no place to go......

Here lies the body of Johnathan Blake who stepped on the gas instead of the brake.

Here lies Edsel Creetian, He looked up an elevator shaft to see if the car was comming......it was.

Here lies Joseph Cripp- His foot it slipped and he did fall.......he yelled "help, help" and that is all.

I came into this world without my consent.....and left in the same manner.......

Short and Sweet:
Pardon me for not rising.....
Involved in a plot...........
I've finally got to the bottom of things.........
I told you I was sick (from a hypocondriac)

I haven't decided, but it will either be "Oh grave, where is thy victory?" or "Here Lies EFW, kilt by a 44, nothing less nothing more"
