As long as they are knowlegable of the proper location and that they must hold their breath under water as well as move their arms and legs. Weight is a possible issue depending on the size of the swimming area. As for the weight and water issue while inside of the swimming perimiter the laws of buoyancy will take place enabling them to float if they so desire. When you look at cruise ships as well as navy bases placed in ocean and river areas it is a miraculous wonder how weight and water work together. So yes, if you are fat or if it's someone else you know, you can.

Why shouldn't they? There's nothing wrong with being fat. You'll most likely find that the skinny people are more ugly and gross then the overweight ones.

They can but they probably won't. We were out in the boat yesterday and I was going to flash and my daughter-in-law stopped me. That's what usually happens when you are a little overweight and you want to do something like that. I asked my husband why do women flash and he said cuz guys like to see boobs. I said why would they want to see my tea bags? He said a guy likes to see any boobs. Ewwwwwwww!

of course they can. anyone can swim nude if they choose, provided the circumstances are appropriate.
