I have a great opportunity to join my life with a nice man (create a happy family), meanwhile, I want to obtain a higher education and career. What should I do?

You can have a career and a family...Family does not always mean kids....Be with your man and take a couple years and work on your career. Then work on having children. You want to make sure that you do have the financial stability to have kids. So I say Good Luck in your career and family!!!!

if you want a family, you should be able to support them so you are gonna need the money, therefore career. You gotta know when you can slow down and get the family though, and once you have the family they will have to come first no more 80 hour work weeks.

Get the higher education and career first. Be independent so that if anything goes wrong with your marriage you will be able to leave him.

Why not do both? I am working on my degree now and could not be happier doing it. I also have 4 kids, 1 grandson, and 2 more grandkids on the way this fall.

Like Mrs Clinton said, if a woman bugles up the raising of her kids, then nothing she does after that matters much. If you don't have and don't want kids, then by all means choose what your heart prefers.

Family comes first they are always going to be there for you. jobs sometimes are easy to find so don't worry about your career

Do you have children?? If so then your family is more important no questions asked.. if not, then finish school .. if he loves you he will wait a couple of years. but there shouldn't be a reason you couldn't do both.. it might be hard..

well for one thing everyone needs to extend there education.
if he truly loves you he will be accepting of what you want to do and compromise. If he loves you as much as he says he does he will want what you want.
