Where are you located?
I have a 20 gallon (fairly new)aquarium with rocks, filter, light, air pump, heater, siphon and tubing for sale.

Try looking at your local Freecycle or Craiglist on the web. They often have small tank for sale cheaply or free.

petsmart sells 20g topfin tall aquariums, 20g long sliding top tanks, and all sizes of screen cages. its all very affordable. always remember, though, bigger is always better.
