Far be it for me to tell anybody not to follow a dream, but do you really see this as something a lot of people would actually spend money on? I personally have an hour commute to and from work every day, so I spend a lot of time in the car. I never really noticed discomfort in leaning my elbow on the regular window ledge.
Even though I really do not see your item becoming the "next big thing" I do wish you much luck in making a go of it!
Have you considered marketing this item to long haul truck drivers? Perhaps your invention would have a better appeal to people that basically live out of their trucks. Perhaps you should try a point-of-purchase display in truck stops and places like that where truckers frequent, to try to create some "buzz" about the armsaver. If a couple of truckers buy your product, and like it, they will recommend it to others. Word-of-mouth advertising is one of the best ways to really get your product out there at no expense to you.

hi i looked at your site. It looked ok. It seems like it would be easy to make though. I'm not sure that it would be very in demand though. (just my opinion) I'm not sure if QVC would be interested. However, you should contact them I know they look for new products yearly.
