what you want in the city taxi?

what you wanna find in the city taxi,and u think it will be better to find it?
such as the speed service,air conditions,paying by credit card?
u think thier is something important in your opinion you think iot should be in this service?

I would like to see a flat rate like a bus pass. buy it once per month and ride anywhere within the city limits. There would have to be a milage limit due to gas prices but if it offered a little break that would be a good thing.
Also pay by credit card would be nice but that would be hard to do in a moving car.

I would like a driver that understood how to operate the vehicle in accordance with traffic and safety laws. I'm soooo tired of arriving at my destination with a load in my boxers.

Clean vehicles
Comfortable temperature
Drivers that know the area and speak English fluently.
Drivers that take the shortest, fastet route, rather than trying to run up the meter.

I want comfortable leather seats with soothing music & separate airconditioning vents for the rear seats. Also all the ideas suggested by u sounds interesting.
