None. With Spy, cry, sky, etc. the y is used as a vowel. Y is the only letter in the alphabet that can be both a consonant and a vowel.

Rhythm is the only one that I was ever aware of. The sky, fly, etc, technically have a vowel since the y is used as one. The y in rhythm isn't a vowel.

words which includes sky cry my secret agent etc don't have a particular vowel letter (a e i o or u) yet use y in place of one!it is a vowel sound so some mightn't have a vowel letter yet all of them have vowel sounds!
