When the real problem of the human being is his own unsatisfactoriness, mental tribulations and incapable of coping with a chaotic society. People give unnecessary importance to religion, god, life after etc than, sorting out the mental and physical agonies of self and other self. I wonder.....why?

I am sorry when I used people, it is not excluding me. I also did that for quite a long time before I realised as "something will remain unanswered always" because we live in a limited frequency. Our antenna can pick up only a certain range. Eventhough you try to extend your capacity of reception, till the mind lies as vast as universe. So, are we fools to enquire about the above? just to get stuck? or is it better to live with mundate activities???????

Probably because Survival is programmed into us as living beings. And we add in memory and a sense of time, and know that we can only see survival up to death, and want to have some idea whether to plan for a future after that death.
It may also be that we sense that death does not end it all-;- that maybe there really is something after dying.
We also seemingly see a futility in trying to solve our immediate existential problems and conflicts. And then we want to escape from the frustration of failure, by positing something else, some different game in which we might be successful, a spiritual game.

Because it's a universal question - why/how are we here? Some people think that religion is the answer to dissatisfaction with life, for tribulations and for those who are incapable of coping with modern society.
I personally think that religion causes more of these problems than it solves, but it's something that the human mind has been preoccupied with since forever - there are Gods in every society. This doesn't mean that there are any, but it does mean that humans feel a need to find answers. Unfortunately, some people look to a beyond for these answers instead of to themselves.

People try to find purpose and meaning in a chaotic world. The sense that there exists a higher power is comforting that some day the chaos might end and they might live in a life of peace. One of the purposes of following God is to find satisfaction with your life as it exists now. It is a goal difficult to obtain for most people. I don't think unnecessary importance is given to God and Religion. I think God and Religion can play a crucial role in a persons ability to cope with lifes disasters.

Some people enquire God because some of them try to add one more 'O" between 'G' and 'D'. At the same time some try to reverse the word 'God' to 'Dog', because they fear the bite of Dogs.
Well, I too enquire about God, and I have found Him too, but it was not the God from the Heavens or Skys. He comes to me in different ways, sometimes He come to me through my neighbours, friends, enemies, or my family members.
We can only repend to our evil doings by wiping the tears of others and helping to create a better world. If you can't find the sorrows and problems of others you can't find re-birth or re-incarnation etc..,. Anyhow, believe in God is the first step to become a perfect human being.
We need to find God, and he cannot be found in noise and restlessness. God is the friend of silence. See how nature - trees, flowers, grass- grows in silence; see the stars, the moon and the sun, how they move in silence... We need silence to be able to touch souls - by Mother Teresa

The simple answer is just like the sweetness of sugar can never be separated from the cane so we are all souls having only one Father i.e. God who is beyond all these physical and materials things and its time for everyone to realise that we have to bring something new in our life, a new life, a heavenly life.

They enquire because they're hoping there's somethig in the end that makes everything worth living for...For some people the pain is too much and if there's nothing in the end then what are they here for.

Unsatisfcatoriness, mental tribulations, etc. only points of a one's deeper need to be in union with their Creator. This lack of union, due to The Fall, has caused one to live in the realm of their soul (mind, will, & emotions), rather than in their inner being, their spirit. The Bible, God's love letter, to mankind, has thousands of specific fulfilled prophecies that Jesus fulfilled. There is no other Book like it. With an open heart I appeal to you to turn to The Lord in simple childlike faith and ask Him to reveal Himself to you. He will.
Call to ME and I will answer you and show you great and mighty things which you know not. - Jer. 33:3

when you die you go back to the source. Not hell , only Heaven. Hell is to be born on planet earth. While you visit here you wonder what happened before you were born and what happen after your body dies. I wonder bc I can. Only I occupy my brain. I can choose to think whatever I wish. I think the key is to know dat the body can live for 200 years.

because it comes down to the basic question of who are we and why are we here? religion and spirituality give people hope and enlightenment, this helps them cope with as you say a chaotic world. Does anyone here truly know where this world is going?
Enlightenment helps us understand our other self (ego or un-educated amphibian) and recognise the path of learning and love
to educate that ignorant side of ourselves and to forgive those who are'nt there yet.

its not that we give extra importance to religion and after life and those sort of thing is that we were created in god's image there for we are going to feel empty and search for him, i mean think about dont we always look up to our earthly father and want to be like them even with out ralizing it , god is our creator our spiritual dad . god needs us , loves us enough to give up his son for each and every one of us, so alot of times we realize that and decide follow him.
