I usually clank my power gauntlets together over my head and proclaim in a loud voice: "SHAZAM!!!"
And that's how I transform into Captain Universe!
Once, as a lark, I proclaimed: "OH MIGHTY ISIS!!!" but I didn't really enjoy THAT transformation much...I don't know how women lug those things around all day!

Most important think with a clear head. If your head's all fuzzy you'll only produce lint! I would say a sound mind, not going on impulses, thinking things through thoroughly and then taking the best affirmative action will get your farther in anything you do. It's not about being all buffed and muscled. The thinnest man could outwit the strongest man and come out on top everytime.
