The dollar store. Its only a buck or two. They have all shapes and sizes and even look better than the real ones. However, its better to get real ones if you need them for an extended period of time.
Fake reading glasses are only temporary things or if you need to take a quick close up look at directions.

If you mean non-prescription - the drug store carries them in a variety of strengths
If you just want to look like you wear glasses- eye glass store will make you a pair of window pane glasses

You could just buy real ones from Boots, they are cheap, and if you are using them for a costume, you wouldn't wear them like normal glasses anyway since reading glasses are just magnifiers

why do you want fake reading glasses? if you really want them opticians do them with normal glass not lensed.
