There is no way to answer that question to satisfaction. No one has been to the very deepest part of the ocean floor so we don't even know what is down there to explain. And that is right here on our own planet.
As for God and souls, it wouldn't really matter if they were explained by science - a lot of people wouldn't believe it, no matter what and a lot of people already believe in it without scientific evidence.

Thats the best question I've heard all day and i want to know the same thing. A lot of ppl want to rely on science about everything and if they can't see it, then they want to prove it their own way. Ppl have a hard time beleiving in things that can't be seen or explained. I think it's a waste of time. Ppl want to know too much!!!

While a great deal is now known about the properties of gravity, the ultimate cause of the gravitational force remains an open question and gravity remains an important topic of scientific research.

Faith which is the belief in something without scientific proof. Everything else can be, or will be, explained by science.

Yes. Emotions. Also, atoms stick together. Like forces repel, so protons should repel each other, but they don't Scientifically, atoms bigger than Hydrogen shouldn't be possible because the atom would rip itself apart.

Yes: Ghosts. I've grown up with them, seen a few of them, and I'm not crazy or making this up. I wish science could explain them.
