A friend of mine is getting divorced. She has recently had put a stop on all mail address to her. She has been not receiveng any mail or finding mail opened and thrown away. This has been going on for a long while. Can this be considered harrasement? If so, what can she do about it.

It is a federal offense to tamper with some one's mail.

First it is illegal to open or destroy mail that is not yours. Next she needs proof. Its all about what she can prove.
