Yes i have seen one in a magazine. Best thing to do is take the picture in to a good tattooist e.g. they have a portfolio/ pics on the wall of what they have done as all good tattooists will have this). they will draw it up for ya and give ya a price when it's done... if your getting it done for say a back piece or a large arm piece you'll probably be looking at a per hour price:)
Don't get some idiot doing it out of there kitchen to do it as they tend not to follow hygiene procedures and tend not to be that good..... also it will then cost you a fortune to get it covered up or lasered off

if u can not find one...find a picture of one and take it in to a tatooist and he / she may be able to copy it.
