I prefer ODIs for sure...they are played within a day and we get to see the result within that day that who has won and who has lost...it has lot of actions, drama, emotions, support and everything...people come in a large number to support their team...but there is nothing such like that in tests.very less people to see...not much support...no happiness even if a batsman score a century or a bowler take 5 wickets haul...ODIs have everything whereas tests is sheer wastage of time...sitting for 5 days and then getting to know that match has drawn which actually happens....even ODIs get drawn(which normally does not happen) there is lot of excitement then also...but there is nothing same with tests...

ODI's are shorter version to entertain.. however, Test matches prove the real class of a crickteter.. its more rigorous.. u need to use all the skills in the books to survive in test.. this is not the case with ODI..

Test matches no second thought abt it . The real and traditional form of cricket is the Test matches. It shows the real class of the player. do u know y it is called Test match because it is a test of the person as a whole that how he performs under different circumstances for eg how does he bat when the team needs to bat for 2 days to save the match . what does he do when he is the strike bowler of the team and there is a current partnership of 350+ runs against them . so the Test match shows the real personality of a person the real class and thats y it is called Test.

Test matches;because ODIs are mainly for mediocre players who will never play test cricket.
Also; ODIs are too harsh on test bowlers, because sometimes they can be made to look second-rate.

ODI's, they are much more intense and there is action all the time. Tests can get a bit boring sometimes when the players are being conservative.
